Back on December 31, 2009 we were honored to film the San Diego wedding of Jason Fontana & Sarah Keeter. Their beautiful event held at the US Grant has been selected as a feature wedding in the winter 2011 issue of Inside Weddings and Modern 8 Films was happy to be a part of it.

This was a wedding that reminded us of how much we love super 8 film… Todays story: A wedding full of vintage nuances and whimsical twists filmed by yours truly. Casey and Janine met in film school and knew they had to have super 8 film for their wedding mixed with a little HD video. Their reception, at the historic Wilshire Ebell Theater in Los Angeles, was truly magical.. from the centerpieces of old film equipment to the little gear people that topped the cake. We were also joined by the incredibly talented Brandon Kidd Photography along with So Happi Together event planning. What an awesome day…
